Samir’s expertise covers the fields of employee development, organisational change, learning delivery, concept development and management consulting in the field of hospitality, with projects that have taken him to every corner of the world.
His career started at the world-renowned George V and Royal Monceau Hotel in Paris before he moved on to restaurant and bar management in Paris, London, Barcelona, Beirut, Dubai and Hong Kong.
Samir’s career has seen him work on some of the world’s most loved concepts from inception, where his business focus, operational knowledge and creative input have been invaluable to the likes of Mourad Mazouz for Sketch, Momo and Derriere and Serge Backer for Miss Lily’s, Ignite Group for Boujis Club Hong Kong and W Hotel London lounge & bar, and El Chiringuito Ibiza in Dubai.
