Liz has notable experience of driving major change programmes, including integrations, organisational redesigns, TUPE and outsourcing within challenging environments and complex jurisdictions. She has delivered transformational change to the HR functions at large global businesses to ensure consistency, best practise, greater efficiency and service.

She successfully led the HR function at Fortnum and Mason for over two years, implementing a fully integrated HR, Payroll and Time and Attendance System as well as leading their annual recruitment campaign recruiting over 500 retail staff, and overseeing the opening of four Fortnum and Mason restaurants.
She has recruited hospitality teams annually for the Monaco Grand Prix and staffed other international high-profile events including The Golf Masters, America’s Cup, numerous Grand Prix, Paris and Geneva Car Shows, Dubai Air Show, Salon Privé, Ryder Cup and Chelsea Design Show. Liz also led and managed the HR and recruitment work stream for hospitality at Westfield Stratford for The London Olympics, recruiting 1,500 high-end staff.
